Question Description:
I am a first time weight lifter looking to get massive muscle for football season. I am currently 220 6'3 i am already on nitro tech is that all i need or do i need more supllements also.
Answer#1: If you're trying to gain massive amounts of muscle tissue for football season, it may be a little bit too late.Muscle Tech spends a lot of money on multi-page, glossy ads in Muscle and Fitness and other magazines to tout the benefits of their miracle supplements. Nitro-Tech provides protein, glutamine, and other amino acids. It also contains taurine and other ingredients to try and increase energy and creatine.Since you're trying to gain weight for football season, I'm assuming you must be a student. If so, you're still going through puberty and you really shouldn't take a lot of supplements. The way to gain weight is to consume more calories than you burn. The main supplement you should be taking is food. Since it's not very easy to consume several thousand clean calories per day, your best bet is to lay off some of the other "miracle" supplements you'll see in M&F and other magazines and buy a weight gainer. Also, try the ABCDE diet plan. The Anabolic Burst Cycle of Diet and Exercise plan will have you eat excessively for a week, then under eat. You'll repeat the cycle and by the end of it, you'll have packed on a lot of muscle mass.
Answer#2: you should always have daily mutlivitamins and a protein shake every day. also my favvorite is no xplod. if u really want to know what supplements to use have your blood tested for mineral and vitamin defficiencies. ask your doc
Answer#3: I don't know what nitrotech is, but I do know that if you have too much sex or masturbate too much your muscles and bones will weaken, ensuring your failure as a football player.Semen is a fluid that is vital to the body. Its loss causes many problems; the most visible of which is a major loss of muscle.A 2001 study[8] examined the effect of a 3-week period of sexual abstinence followed by masturbation-induced orgasm. It found that abstinence over such periods "does not change the neuroendocrine response to orgasm but does produce elevated levels of testosterone in males."http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/user:wikidu...In case you weren't sure testosterone is the hormone responsible for the maintenance of bone and muscle strength.Go to www.semenloss.com for more info.
