Answer#1: isnt that just made of adrenaline? no i wouldnt use it. just try getting more active and eat more healthier snacks during the day rather than 3 big meals
Answer#2: It didn't work for me. I've tried almost everything over the counter. Caffeine tablets such as Vivarin would work better.
Answer#3: Ever since ephedrine was banned, the fat loss supplements in my opinion are an absolute waste of money.Hydroxycut is one of those supplements that no longer contain ephedrine. Additionally, even when Hydroxycut did have it, their products are terribly overpriced.Don't waste your money...seriously. If you eat clean and supplement with a protein MRP that's low in sugar along with a solid routine you should be good to go. That's what I'm doing and I can't believe I ever wasted money on fat burners.
