Question: Leukic supplements by muscletech?

Question Description:
im 17.5 and just started liftin...i have whey protein but one of my friends just showed me this leukic stuff....after reading bout it it seems to good to be true...is it? what exactly is it doing, is it harmful(in the short and long run) and what are the side effects?

Answer#1: I have used Leukic in the past. It is an anabolic compound geared towards promoting testosterone production. It promotes testosterone, at the same time supposedly activating growth hormones. I have seen no negative side effects, however, the results I have seen are nothing amazing. For the high cost of Leukic, I see no better results than what creatine can provide. If you have just started lifting, I would continue lifting hard, intaking one gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight, and look into getting a complete multivitamin with amino acids.
