Question: Can you take a fat burner, and muscle builder supplement at the same time?

Answer#3: I wouldn't recommend it because most muscle builders are actually to build mass which you must workout regularly to turn into muscle. Take the fat burner and workout to turn the fat have into muscle. Then once your tone take the muscle builder to build on an already toned body.
