Question: Would This Be Healthy For My Body?
Question Description:
I have a high metobolism and so I can't really gain much fat. I really want to gain some muscle, but don't you need fat to burn into muscle? What I'm planning on doing is work out (the sooner the better) and after I get done working out. I want to drink this muscle builder drink. It's some type of powder you either mix with water or juice. Would that be okay to do?
Answer#1: Fat doesn't burn into muscle. Fat is fat and muscle is muscle, one doesn't turn into the other. Fat cells fill up with fat when you are overweight and the muscles shrink and are soft from lack of use...when you work the muscles they will begin to firm/tone and get larger and as fat is burned the fat cells will get smaller. As for the drink, talk to a personal trainer. I'm not familiar with that kind of supplement.
Answer#2: Fat does not burn into muscle and vice versa. Work outabout 10 minutes a day. You really don't need any type ofequipment. If you want equipment don't fall for the overpricedstuff most places sell. Look for used equipment and research it's usefullness on the web.
Answer#3: the key to working out(to gain mustle) is the do medium- heavy weightlifting with long breaks in between. doing the oposite(light weights with short break wont give u more mustle, it will make ur existing musle more lean aka ul look more like a girl)
Answer#4: no, you need PROTEIN, lots and lots and lots and lots of protein.Like peanut butter, eggs, or any kind of meat.
Answer#5: Yes as long as you don't use steroids! Try B complex and L carnitine.
