Question: Can you find a Lysine fitness powder?
Question Description:
i am looking for a product that is or is similar to a L-Lysine based citrus powder that mixes with water. There was a product called M-Squared around 1992 that was used as a powerful muscle builder for athletes. The company changed the name to something like 'competetors edge' or something. Perhaps you know of such a product.?? Thanks for checking.

Answer#1: It does help with cold sores but is also an essential amino acid important to protein synthesis.If you live in the states you should be able to get it at a GNC and take it with any protein powder,they may have one with additional lysine I'm not sure.it is best used in combination with arginine and ornithine.with may have a positive effect on growth hormone.
