Question: what kind of diet am i on?


Question Description:
What type of diet do you think im on to muscle builder,gain, maintain, or lose weight?Breakfast:2 bowls of Cream of Wheat, and 1/4 cup of 2% milkSnack:Protein shake, and 3/4 cup of whole wheat chex cereal in a bag.Lunch:2 ham sandwiches made with 100% whole wheat sugar free bread, and extra lean honey hamDinner:2 whole wheat tortillas wrapped around 1 skinless boneless chicken breast.Whats my diet type???

Answer#1: That is a good way to lose weight. You NEED to eat more calories if you want to gain weight. Not a few more, significantly more.


Answer#2: a pretty healthy diet- id say maintain but it depends on how much you weight. But dont worry you wont gain weighrt eating like this, your eating whole weat and skinless chicken breast- all healthy and good protein.
