Does anybody know any good leg workouts for calves and describe them please

Answer#1: Standing Calf raises- If you're looking to cut up and build muscle, do a pyramid of 10 3 times. 1 1,2 1,2,3 1,2,3,4, 1,2,3,4,5, and so on until 10, then work your way down!Guaranteed to hit your calfs in the nuts (figure of speech). You might want to start with a pyramid of 7 to get used to it though


Answer#2: stand on a staircase going up. Use only use the forefront of your foot and raise yourself...then lower yourself until your ankle is 90 degrees. Then lower a bit more so that it is slightly less than 90 degrees. Essentially, it is a 3 part repitative motion. Do this 50 times at a pace of ... 2 seconds up, 1 sec for each motion downwards. Calve raises they are called. Sprinting helps too,.


Answer#3: Stand on a piece of wood on the balls of your feed and then raise yourself up and down. You can hold weghts while doing this and increase them as you go along.That is, if you want to spend time doing it, and I don't highly recommend spending a lot of time on any type of bodybuilding.
