Question: bodybuilding?
Question Description:
i have a very small appetite,i need maximum amount of calories with the littlest effort of eating, can anyone suggest anything?
Answer#1: start off small. you'll need to get in your daily required caloric intake plus an additional amount between 300-500.the best way is to start off with smaller meals then work your way up. ie: if you need 3000 calories to grow (this means your normal intake is 2500) then 2500/6 =400(around)so, instead, have a 350 calorie meal 6 times per day = 2100this is below your recommended intake, however within a few days your metabolism will speed up, allowing you to add an extra 100 calories per day (450x6=2700) and then just add the rest to a few meals. that's how i did it.
Answer#2: If you want to get your metabolism going you will definitely need to eat more than "thrice" a day. You should try to eat about 4-6 meals per day. These should not be huge meals either. The most important meal by far is breakfast...you should eat something immediately when you wake up. I have 1 or 2 raw eggs and 1 scoop of protein mixed with either whole milk or whipping cream. 85% of bodybuilding is diet. If you really want to add muscle mass, it will take effort.
Answer#3: Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
