When supplements like V12 Turbo are said to give u muscle pumps, and people say they give me great pumps n stuff . what does that mean, do they make u look bigger or sumthin

Answer#1: it means you will be more vascular, it will get your blood flowing which inturn gives you more energy. and another side effect is that you do look bigger, your blood vessels are more engorged. i worked at gnc. so i sold those type of products all the time.
Answer#2: Maybe both. They are talking about ability to pump ~ you feel like you can lift more and so you do.... and some supplements make your muscles feel harder.. the muscles are in fact pumped with more oxygenated blood.
