Question: Question regarding bodybuilding?

Question Description:
I have average body type with weight concentrated on my face. I want to start bodybuilding. I wish to know how much approximate time it takes to see the results if I train moderately 4 times a week? And does bodybuilding help reducing face fat??Thanks.

Answer#1: Hi,I have been a bodybuilder & a personal trainer for 25 years. I have personally trained many 100’s of bodybuilders to get more muscular and stronger. I trained one person to win the North America bodybuilding championships. I can offer you “totally kick butt” workout routines that will help you to add lots of muscle and get stronger. I will also help you with your diet to maximize your gains!!I can offer this for only $10.00 US. I will accept Paypal, money orders or cash. And I am David Price, 2177 6th Ave., Trail, BC, Canada, V1R3B8Sincerely,David Pricedcprice1@shaw.ca

Answer#2: Bodybuilding is a lifestyle. You have to commit to it. It will require a change in the way you eat, sleep and exercise. Now, are you prepared to do all that just to lose some face fat? If you want to just have a good routine, lose some weight and get a little buff, then that's different. Bodybuilders have a very scheduled life, where every meal is organized right down to the protein, carbs, calories etc. are counted. There may be as many as six little meals in a day...squeezed around one or two hellish workouts. Sleep and rest is a must. Months before competition, they literally start to starve themselves, just to get that "cut" look. Partying, boozing and late nights are out. Try getting up at 5:00am after a night out to do your cardio routine. Now, still want to be a bodybuilder?

Answer#3: I would not get into bodybuilding to reduce face fat. Aerobics. Jogging, anything to get the heart rate up and cause you to sweat and burn calories. Reduce fat content in your diet, that includes polyunsaturated fat and monounsaturated fat. Look at the information label that tells you what percent of your daily total it is and how many grams are in there.

Answer#4: It can take weeks to see results. And you only get what you put into it. No pain.,no strain, no gain...Alot depends on your age and current condition. You can over-do things. Always start out slowly. Results are'nt going to happen over night. The only way to lose weight is to control what you eat.Cut down on junk foods, sweets, and sodas...You may or may not lose the fat in your face.Body building can reduce body fat...

Answer#5: If you are new to lifting, you should see some fairly dramatic results within the first few months. After that, shoot for 1-2 pounds of lean mass per month (10-20 pounds per year). That's about as fast as any natural lifter can build.Do not try to "bulk" and "cut" like a steroid-using, IFBB pro bodybuilder! That type of program works for them because they are artificially enhanced with anabolic steroids and can build muscle and lose fat at rates unattainable to the natural athlete (but they also die slow, painful deaths in wheelchairs...so there's a trade-off). What would happen to someone like you? You'd end up fat, period. Stay lean, eat clean, train hard, you'll grow. Also, you cannot spot-tone an area of the body. You will lose your "face fat" as your overall body composition improves.

Answer#6: Work out at least 10 hours a day.Coach

Answer#7: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SPOT REDUCTION. IF YOU LOSE WEIGHT IN YOUR FACE YOU ARE LOSING IT EVERYWHERE.DO 80% OF MAXIMUM STRENGTH 4 4-6 REPS, PER EXERCISEDO PUSH, PULL ROUTINE, YOU SHOULD SEE NICE RESULTS WITHIN A MONTHALSO EAT WELL AND HIGH CALORIE, LOW FAT, HIGH PROTIENONE LAST THING GET CREATINE, CALCIUM AND A GOOD VITAMIN SUPPLEMENT
