Question: Whey protein promoting...?
Question Description:
i have EAS 100% Whey Protein low in carbs/fats/cal .. etc etc(female..21yrs old)..how will it promote my weight loss?i'm trying to lose 20-30lbsi walk//jog 4 days a week & other cardioplay tennis .. strength train should i take it before or after working out?? how many times a day?can i replace one meal with it? thx 4 the info!
Answer#1: If you are using whey to lose weight the best way to do so if to use your whey as a meal replacement and not in addition to your regular meals.It's usually best to take your whey after your workout but it will really depend on when you workout out and which meal you want to replace. You don't want to do your workouts while being very hungry so you may want to have your whey as a meal that is not close to your exercise time. Normally just using 1 serving of whey is good since having too much protein is not good for the body. However, if you are not getting protein from enough other sources you can have 2 servings, but I wouldn't have more than that.
