I'm on the east coast and trying to sell my
Proform treadmill on Ebay because i'm moving and
this is the only big thing I need to get rid of.
How much will I be looking at paying in shipping
and handling costs if someone came to my apartment
and picked it up and took it to the buyer's
location. Say, the otherside of the US.Thanks...

Question #33: What's the best way to market a yard sale?
I'm starting school in January and I have some
things that I want to sale. A desktop
computer(paid $500) and a Proform treadmill(paid
$600). Also a couple of televisions, manga,
storage containers, DVDs, and stools. What is the
best way to market these things. I really just
want to sell the treadmill. How much is a
reasonable price to sale it for? Come January, it
will be a year old. I was thinking of making
flyers and posting them around or either putting
it in the paper. I live in a small, but growing,
town so I don't know if they will bite.
Answer: Making flyers/sign and putting a classified ad in
the paper usually works. I would say try putting
up an ad on Craigslist,but you live in a small
town. It doesn't hurt to try though. Good luck.

Question #35: Has anyone had a good experience with a treadmill reasonably priced? Considering Proform brand.?
Answer: I bought A Nordic Track treadmill for $800. The
belt shifted a lot so I returned it. Then I
bought a Reebok Treadmill, I am not sure of the
model, but it was $800 and the belt hasn't shifted
at all. I think it is 20'' by 60'' and it goes up
to 12mph and incline 10%. I am really happy with
this one. I looked at some Proform treadmills but
the belts were smaller and they didn't seem as
sturdy. I don't know if you have an MCSports
where you are but that is where I got the Reebok
one. I think it is onsale there now for $800.
The regular price is like $1600.

Hey guys, I'm curious about this treadmill. How
good overall is it? (I'm just a regular mom, who
wants to use it several times a week). And
particularly does it allow to input the weight for
accurate calorie calculation? (Can't find this
part in any description, and I'm planning to buy
it online) Any user review is appreciated!
Answer: ProForm treadmills are not very good, according to
Consumer Reports. They have one of the lowest
ratings for reliability. I know they seem
tempting because of their low price. But, be
careful. They have a lot of problems. If you
must buy one, buy it from Costco. They have a
return policy that cannot be beaten. Good luck

Is there a trick to use the treadmill without the
key? The model I use is a proform 380i and the key
is just a plastic not magnetic
Answer: My brother used a ruler once. Another time he
used a paint stick from Home Depot.

makes no noise at all,,, but it looks like the
