Question #12: Is anyone looking to purchase a Nordictrack Treadmill in the NYC area?
I have an heavy duty Treadmill that weighs 530lbs
with 12 speed levels and 8 workout programs, its
also a Space Saver, you can put it up when not
using it and it is also a brand new treadmill, its
just 3 months old. If not you, can you send me
some sites similar to ebay that I can sell this
on, because it has too go. It takes up more space
than I wanted it too and I'm making my gym into an
home office, so I really need to get rid of it.
Please feel free to email me. Please NYC only...
shipping is not available, this is for pickup
only... User Manuel provided if you want me to
take it apart.
Answer: Put it up for sale on Ebay and make it a
"buyer pick up only" auction

Question #13: nordictrack?
I need to khow were I can get my nordictrack
serviced, in Houston TX.
Answer: Try calling the sears service line, you can get
the 1800 number from their website and even maybe
schedule service online. They do service non
warranty items, but it costs more. I bought my
nordictrack from sears and they come out ever
ninety days to do check up on my machine. Or try
calling nordictrack customer care and they can
probably do a look up to see someone in your area
to call. If you know what needs to be replaced
like belts and such, you can order your parts
ahead of time so if the service man/woman comes
out to your house and needs a parts they usually
have to order them so they can already be on the
way.

Question #18: I need an inexpensive ab workout that I can fit into my ski routine, any suggestions?
The program is a combination of interval
Nordictrack and cross-country classic and skate,
mainly skate. I feel that I have to skate as hard
as I can until I start to regress. My stomach area
is hard but I could use more definition. I have
been concentrating on form in my indoor workouts
and balance in my ski routine. I have downplayed
speed because I will never be a world cup skier
but I am a good skier that only falls once or
twice a season. Plus I can take a lot of
punishment. I flex my stomach while I drive and
while I sit at a computer.
Answer: sit ups. they work nicely for mathew
mcaughnawhatever!

Question #20: NordicTrack C 2200 Treadmill?
Anyone owns this machine? do you advie buying it
or Nordic track A2250?
Answer: Hi, I was just at Sears checking out the A2250 and
C2250 this weekend! - they are the same besides
two program differences and right now the a model
is 200 less than the c. I haven't checked out
the c2200. I didn't purchase the A2250, although
i did think it seemed very sturdy and quiet in the
store. I passed on it since I couldn't find any
reviews on line either! I ended up with a New
Balance 1400 for $799 from Sports Authority. It
had a 2.5 CHP motor vs. the 2.25 on the NT
A2250/C2250. Sports Authority also had what seems
like a better warranty offer - the Sears 3 yr
extended warranty is really another 2 yrs past the
1 year factory warranty. the Sports Authority 3
extended warranty kicks in after the standard 1
year factory warranty, so it is really 4 years of
coverage at a cheaper warranty price. I think
that whichever you choose, if you are in the same
price range as me, 800-1000, go for the extended
warranty from the store - I think no matter what,
we're going to need some repairs in the next
couple years from what i could find on the net.
