Question #25: Not Bowflex, but what is it called?
There is a new piece of exercise equipment showing
on infomercials nowadays that I am interested in,
but I can't remember the name of it. It is
similar to a Bowflex home gym. In fact, they
compare it to the Bowflex on the commercial.
Supposedly it is easier to use. Anyway, I am
trying to find some info about it and cannot
remember the name of it! Can anyone help me?

Question #29: Bowflex or Dumbells?
Hello, I do not know whether to get a bowflex or
(15-20 pound) dumbells. I am familiar with
dumbells but not the bowflex. The bowflex says
there's 5kg of weight' per elastic cord, what ever
that means. I wish to build rather than tone,
which one should I get?thank you!
Answer: I think you would be better of with the dumbells.
They are cheaper and they work better. they give
the same resistance through the entire range of
motion. Bowflex is good but it is easy at the
begining of your repitition and hard at the end.
You will get bang for your buck with dumbells.
