I turned my family room into a home gym. What
color should I paint it? I want it to be
energetic, and still practical for a family room
too. Right now it is an off white color with a
wall boarder of pansy flowers. It looks pretty,
but doesn't really feel to me, like it is setting
the right tone. Someone help !! Thanks
Answer: light sky blue

Question #22: Ideas for decorating home gym?
Looking for ideas on decorating a home gym. The
space is large and a perfect rectangle (about 20 x
15), carpet is blue. It's an empty clean slate
right now and I'm open to any ideas. The one
requirement is that the room be 'masculine'.
Since I girlied up the rest of the house, I
promised my husband that this would be a 'mans'
room. Need fun ideas for wall color/border,
shelving, entertainment unit (have ipods and 19in
TV), towel racks -- we're open to anything you can
think of. There are no windows in this room (bad
idea for a gym, I know - but there are ceiling
vents). We already have two very large mirrors
afixed to the wall (formerly mirrored closet
doors).
Answer: black & white movie stills from rocky.

Question #23: Weight chart for weider home gym 4250 where can i find it?
I am needing the chart or diagram that tells you
how to measure the weights on a weider home gym
model 4250. The chart that tells you how to break
down the pounds, my weights dont have measurments
on them.
Answer: Here you go, it is on page 25. Save to disk, print
it or something, it is very useful to have if you
decide to sell the system or need spare parts, it
is the user's manual. Keep the weight guides
lubricated with vaseline.

Question #24: What is the the best home gym for a small area and a small budget?
I'm looking to get a new home gym system, or some
sort of excercise equipment; I do not have a lot
of money to spend, and I do not have many large
places to put something, and I cannot buy a new
free-weight system, as it crowds areas rather
quickly. What types of systems should I look at?
Resistance? Is there a horizontal type of system
that I could look for, or are the better ones
vertical types? I just need some general help in
this. My basement is the largest and most empty
place I have, and I think it goes up about 6 and a
half or maybe 7 feet at most.
Answer: Dear j.1063There are so many choices. If I were
you, just for an example, I would buy a dip and
chin-up station with a pair of weight cuffs. I
wouldn't waste my money, energy and time for all
other fancy equipment if to do an effective
work-out. I will still give you links to other
popular equipment, which I think OK, for your
consideration at the end. http://www.nextag.com/dip-and-chin-up-station/se

Question #25: Is a Bowflex home gym worth the investment?
I am currently expecting my second (and last
child). I really want to get back into shape once
the baby is born, so my husband and I are
seriously considering purchasing a Boxflex home
gym (he wants to use it as well). We already have
purchased a good quality elliptical machine, so we
want something that will work on muscle tone and
definition. Plus, I hate free weights. Has
anyone had good results with it? Does it only
take 20 minutes a day, 3 times a week like they
claim? Also, which model would you
recommend?Thanks a lot!
Answer: If you use it. Some people buy the thing, and
all it does is collect dust after a month or so.

Question #28: Home Gym System: weights vs. bowflex type resistance?
I'm about to get a home gym, but have never used a
bowflex type system. Bowflex's system looks like
it might be kind of an awkward way to work out.
Answer: I have had bowflex back when the 2nd gen machines
were out. The resistance is not very good, but for
most people, its more of a work out than they
usually get.If you are an active gym kind of guy,
you wont be happy with the results ( definition,
muscle building, etc. ) if you are an avergae guy
who doesn't lift very often, you will see and feel
some results right away, then it will decline as
you get use to it.My opinion, you would be better
to get a pulley and weight type system, Weider
offers them, as well as others. Good Luck !

Question #29: home gym PLEASE LOOK?
im looking for a complex home gym under $300 can
someone could give me a specific home gym name or
model and where to find it please
Answer: BoFlex-Walmart or Internet such as ebay (shipping
may cost alot) or www.boflex.com. I think that is
how you spell it. I'm pretty sure it is though. If
that doesn't work then go to www.yahoo.com and go
to the search box and type in boflex website...and
find it. You should be able to order it. Sears
might have it too. Good Luck!Hope I Helped!♥

Question #30: I need to buy a home gym?
I'm looking to buy (and use!!!) a treadmill plus a
multi gym for the house. Given the different types
of products, can anyone give me their opinion on
these (treadmill budget: to £350) (home gym
budget: to £250). Ta.
Answer: if that is all you can afford for a multigym, i
wouldnt waste your money. you would be better go
get a flat bench that can incline and get some
free weights.the quality of cheap multigyms is
terrible. and in the long run, you will get more
benefit from free weights.
