TROUBLE SWALLOWING FOODS, I HAVE TO HAVE MY
ESOPHAGUS DILATED EVERY 6 MONTHS BECAUSE OF THIS,
ACTUALLY WED. I AM HAVING THE PROCEDURE DID AGAIN.
CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME INSIGHT ON THIS MATTER.
ALSO I HAVE TRIED DIET PILLS BUT THEY DONT HELP
CAUSE I HAVE TROUBLE SWALLOWING. H E L
P!!!! IF I EXERCISED REALLY REALLY HARD EVERYDAY
HALF OF THE DAY WITH MY DISORDER I WOULD PROBABLY
GET THINNER.
Answer: The American College of Sports Medicine offers
guidelines for cardiovascular, flexibility and
resistance training. The guidelines are flexible
enough to allow you to pick your own exercises but
have enough structure to get you going when you
first start out. They are pretty easy to follow
and will make your workout easier and more
efficient.Beginners Guide to Exercising - http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/begex.htm

Question #35: Saw New Exercise bike on Infomercial! Whats the name?
I saw a new infomercial the other day about a
exercise bike that also lets you work out your
hands, but I had to run and pick up from son from
school so I never caught the name or anything else
about the bike. Can anyone tell me if they have
seen this new infomercial for a new exercising
machine bike. What was the name, or phone number,
or website, and price. And do you think it is
worth it to get it.Thanks.I remembered some info
on it. I know that it was a upright bike and the
infomercial said that it was great for a lower
body work out. They also said that to get a full
body work out, all you needed to do was stand up.
I don't recall if the seat was detachable or if
they were just going regular bike riding in a
upright position.
Answer: You may be referring to the Magnetic Resistance
Recumbant Bike. All the info on the bike: price,
phone number and how to order can be found

ser.html?gid=FITNESSI honestly don't know if it is
worth it or not since I don't own it; however,
anything that gets a person to exercise and be
physically fit is worth it since it keeps you
healthy, slim, phsycially fit and young for your
age.

Question #37: Exercise bike riding: should i go longer, harder, faster??
Hello. I am currently riding my exercise bike
nearly everynight for 30min, riding almost 15km
and burning 300 + calories a night. I will soon be
taking up hourly walks 4 nights a week as well. Do
you think this is a sufficent amount of exercise
to begin a weight loss routine? I am a bit
overweight and sometimes find even this a struggle
but im doing really well, upping the level on the
exercise bike every 3rd day...should i be doing
more than just this?? IF I contiue to make my
routine harder? (more hills on the walks etc?) Any
suggestions??
Answer: Try doing some sprints followed by slower pedaling
(or walking). You will be surprised by how much
more results you get instead of just going long
and slow. Do this once or twice a week as a
supplement to your longer workouts.

cardio will help you loose weight but not
