Question #21: Where can I find Tae bo excercises online? I am trying to burn as many calories as possible every night.?
The only equipment I have is a step machine and I
have no weights. I have little space in my room
so...whatever you can find. Please give a website
and any successful stories of your own. If you
don't know a website, just tell me what you do. I
want to get in shape and I heard tae bo is the
best way. Thanks!
Answer: I just started a new program this past Wednesday.
Have you heard of the pill
"Fahrenheit"??? That's what I've been
taking. And, I just weighed myself today and
measured my bust, waist, hips, thigh, calf and
arm, and so far (within 2 days) I've lost 4
inches! I feel great. Last time I weighed myself
was on Wednesday when I started it and I weighed
145 pounds. I don't have a scale right now, so I
don't know how much weight I have lost. The people
and Modulators will help you with ANY questions
and all that you have. I want to be down to around
115-120 pounds by the end of April, so hopefully I
will get there. They have a meal plan too to go
with it. I feel great..... go to the website and
check it all out for yourslelf. People have before
and after pics up there too. If you're interested
in it, sign up with them (it's free). Let me know
if you have anymore questions. I'm on that site
too. email me if you have any problems or
anything. Good Luck!www.f-heit.com

Question #25: Tae bo diet plan?
Okay, I want to start a diet plan and i want to
know if this is healthy and i would be able to
lose 20 pounds. In the mornings run a mile after
school do a 40 minute tae bo tape. Then jump rope
and workout on a step machine for about 30-40.
Then in the evenings run another mile. Also I'd be
on a low calorie diet not nessesarily starving but
3 portion controlled meals a day with 2-3 snacks.
Would this plan work? Is this healthy? How long
would it take me to lose about 20 pounds? If you
have any other contributions to my exersize
routine please mention it. Thank You.
Answer: I personally used to do tae bo and it is the best
workout you can get. I think what your doing is
great...just don't overdue it. Its good to give
yourself at least 1 days rest between strenuous
exercise....like cut your tae bo every other day
and do everything else...try and mix up the
schedule a bit...or you'll get bored fast! Most of
all good luck!

Question #27: The Gym - Is it really worth it?
I have joined a gym and have been working out
continuously ofr about 2 months now. However, i'm
sick and tired of going there...seeing as i can
replace the equipment with stuff i already have at
home (i.e. a bike to replace the exercycle, a step
machine and walking/running to replace the
treadmill and eliptical trainer and various
resistance techniques such as weights, push ups
etc to replace the weights at the gym)is it worth
shelling out 30 pounds a month for the same amount
of fitness i can achieve on my own, whilst also
getting some fresh air?
Answer: if you have the equipment then you don't have to
go the gym.

Question #30: favorite cardio workout and why?
I have been using the eliptical machines at the
gym, and I just started running on the treadmill,
but it makes my side hurt. I also use the step
machine, and jump rope. not sure which is the most
affective though. Just curious as to what works
for you!
Answer: I hate to sweat. I've just discovered what an
effective cardio workout you can get by swimming!
If your gym has a pool - find out when the lap
swim hours are and give it a try. It's working for
me!
