Has anyone drank a energy drink and actually felt
"energized?" This past winter when i was
running Indoor track i drank a red bull because
they were giving them out free and i figured it
might help but instead it gave me a stomach ache

I am 33 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I have this
great all natural energy drink, its called XS
energy drink and I know they say it is a big no no
during pregnancy, but it has 0 calories, no
caffeine, 0 sugars, the ingredients are 30mg
potassium, 1.5 gm protein, 200% vitamin c, 100%
vitamin b3 and b5, 300% vitamin b6, 100% folic
acid and believe it or not 4900% of vitamin b12,
tis where they get the energy from. do you think
this is bad for me and baby, or should I be safe
to drink it?

Answer: You shouldn't drink red bull at all, there is a
lot of sugar and caffeine. It causes your heart
rate to go up, blood pressure to rise, etc.

person? i drink every frieken kind and they have
no effect but if you know of one thats not common
and has a real effect put it here.
Answer: i swear by ensure. (and i'm 22, not 62.) the
vitamin-thing helps a lot. most energy drinks will
give you a burst on energy for a little while, but
this lasts all day.
