Question #14: whats better for getting a great body faster? Gakic Or Creacik?
I dont usually work out, but im about to start and
i bought some Muscletech Gakic today, i just want
to be ripped and looking good and in shape, i was
wondering if i should have went with Creakic since
its a muscle creatine instead of Gakic which is a
muscle fatigue reducer or whatever, does it really
matter or would i have gotten a lot better results
for looking ripped faster with the Creakic?

Question #15: Does MuscleTech® Hydroxycut® Hardcore work ?
Answer: Ever since ephedrine was banned, the fat loss
supplements in my opinion are an absolute waste of
money.Hydroxycut is one of those supplements that
no longer contain ephedrine. Additionally, even
when Hydroxycut did have it, their products are
terribly overpriced.Don't waste your
money...seriously. If you eat clean and supplement
with a protein MRP that's low in sugar along with
a solid routine you should be good to go. That's
what I'm doing and I can't believe I ever wasted
money on fat burners.

Answer: I really like Optimum Nutrition's protein myself.
It works really well and has a good amount of
protein with a low amount of carbs. Plus, it
tastes good. I would recommend the vanilla ice
cream flavor.

Question #19: Aplodan muscle supplement could cause insomnia?
Hi, I am actually intrigued by this new product
Aplodan as most reviewers say it works wonders.I
am currently on my second cycle of Leukic and
Creakic and it works very well, of course not as
good as muscletech's description, and the reviews
also agree with me. But Aplodan reviews talk only
good stuff about it, but the reason I ask about
the insomnia is because I tried once NO2 platinum
for over a week and it caused me major insomnia
while on it, I had to trash it, people told me
that was caused by the arginine on it which is an
emodylator.I haven't suffered from insomnia while
using Creakic and Leukic and so I want to know if
Aplodan could cause insomnia, they told me is like
a better creatine so in theory it shouldn't but I
don't know.Let me know your opinion and "stop
using that, you just have to eat well "

Question #20: warning on MASS-TECH from Muscletech?
I am 16, on masstech from muscletech which is a
high calorie weigh gain formaul, there is a
warning that says " not intended to be used
by anyone under 18". How bad could it get if
i start to use this protein, i need to gain muscle
and weight without using creatine and this seems
to be the only one i can find and then i find out
it says to not use if under 18. What should i do?
Answer: I recommend that you get another brand -or formula
from the same company- of protein shake.
Muscletech tend to be the most extreme versions on
the market, and have extremely high promises.
Other brands such as EAS, Maximuscle, USN, PhD
etc..... all have weight gainers which, along with
a good workout plan, will be just as efffective.
Is it really worth risking your health when theres
a way around it?
