Question #22: does muscletech protein suppliment really work?
i have been taking it 4 a week and doing my normal
workout routine but don't see results. i really
want my chest and arms to get bigger.
Answer: no. i would reccomend either a steroid because
supplements are just "wannabee" roids.
someting like dianabol or deca. Or NO Xplode which
is a legal supplement thats legal. it raises ur
heart rate which makes more blood and oxygen reach
ur musles thus more weight can be acheived. i
personally think muscletech is a scam. most bsn
products including NO Xplode are overpriced but
more useful than muscletech. anyway muscletech
protein powder is pretty much the same as any
generic brand you can get from gnc are vitamin
shoppe

Question #23: What does MUSCLETECH Leukic does? Who is suitable to consume this product?
Answer: During the muscle growth process, hormones bind to
receptors sending signals to your muscle fibers to
grow. But elevating one hormone can cause others
such as estrogen to increase also – not good.
Estrogen is a female hormone that can lead to
bloating and gyno and set your training back by
weeks and even months! This is called a negative
feedback loop and it's every bodybuilder's worst
nightmare. Luckily leukic bypasses this hormonal
negative feedback loop by inducing anabolism
without affecting hormone levels. leukic puts you
into a supercharged anabolic state to immediately
jack up your muscle gains, while helping you stay
out of the dreadful catabolic muscle-wasting
state. Even the most intense workouts combined
with the best diet plan won't build muscle if your
body isn't in an anabolic state. If you want to
bulk up and build it works but be warned the diet
and excerise plan you follow is nasty. Its a real
challange but worth it in the end. Look for the
kit that stacks CREAKIC , GAKIC, and LEUKIC
togeather follow the diet and plan then be amazed.

Question #24: Is anyone out there familiar with MuscleTech naNO Vapor Supplement for Muscle growth?
Just want to know if this stuff works...I'm
looking for something to give me that extra push
in the gym since I fatigue easily and because of
this, I don't get the workout I want...I need that
extra ounce of energy for better muscle
growth...Guys, please answer this...I've had many
answers telling me to stay away from this, I need
answers from people experienced with this product.
Answer: i have not used vapor, but i have used bsn's no
xploede, and hhave used other NO products.. my
advise to you is to take a look at your diet
before you spend too much money on supplements. if
your diet doesnt consist of enough carbs and
protein, your energy levels wont be good, and you
wont grow, regardly of how many supplements you
take. you CANNOT fix holes in your diet by taking
supplements. it doesnt work that way. your diet
has to be a good foundation on which supplements
can add to. make sure your diet is right and you
are getting enough rest each night.. then after
these things are fixed, you can start buying
supplements.

Question #25: Does this plan sound good???
I will have a protein shake in the morning and
also right before I go to bed every day. On days
when I workout, I will use MuscleTech® Cell-Tech
Hardcore before my workout, and GNC Pro
Performance® 100% Whey Protein after my workout.
Does this seem like a good plan for building
muscle???Also, after I run out of the MuscleTech®
Cell-Tech Hardcore I will replace it with
MuscleTech® Nitro-Tech Hardcore. Will I see any
loss(es) in my muscles? If so, what should I
change?Thanks
Answer: I dont see anything about your workout plan or
your sleeping habits. Those need more attention
than what supplements you need to take.

Question #28: Is CLA good for you to help you lose weight? Instead of using those other not so good diet pills. Thank You?
CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is a naturally
occurring fatty acid that is present in cheese and
ground beef. Went to a Health Store and they
mentioned to take CLA but with other diet pills
for example - MuscleTech® Hydroxycut® Hardcore,
which I don't want to use. Just wondering if just
using CLA would help me in any way. Thank You in
advance - Luigi721
Answer: I'm taking that right now because my fiance took
it before he met me and it helped him lose 10lbs
of body fat in three weeks! Just by taking CLA
faithfully and exercising four times a week for
less than a month he lost 10 lbs. It was shouwn
in several studies to help burn fat. I read about
a 3 month trial where participants who exercised
and dieted and took CLA lost 15-20% body fat while
those who exercised and dieted alone seen little
change. It appears you don't even have to work
out or diet to see change overtime. Make sure if
you purchase this supplement you get the one by
Tonalin, otherwise they might be watered down by
vegetable oil. If you want more info check this
site: http://www.global-nutrition.com/cla.php?SSAID=15
1238 I'd at least give it a chance, esp. if you
already exercise.

Question #30: How do I combine (MuscleTech) Hydroxycut with (MuscleTech) Nitrotech advance whey protein?
Answer: Dude, save your dough. There is no repeatable,
duplicatable evidence that any of the fairy dust
in Hydroxycut has any effect on weight loss. The
caffeine will speed you up, so drink 2 coffees if
you like to sweat more when you work out. That's
it.As for whey supplements, drink milk. Whey is a
byproduct of cheese production, and what isn't
dried and flavored and sold to you for phat $$$ is
used for pig slop. Not that it's dangerous, you
can do a lot better for a lot less with skim milk.
Or, let the pigs eat the whey, and then eat the
pig.Creatine will force water into your muscles.
Buy a tub of it and take 2 g (1/2 tsp) a day.
