Question #31: If I eat 3 meals in 1 day and also drink a shake-best answer will be chosen?
Hi,I am a pretty girl. The problem is I need to
gain weight. I've been tiny forever but in the
past lost to much weight and it's been hell trying
to gain it back. I've never been over 100 lbs
though.I am 21 years old, 5ft 4 weighing in at 90
lbs. I bought a protein muscle builder powder
stuff that has 2,555 calories in just 1 shake (4
scoops of powder) from GNC. The guy said to eat
normal and drink 1 shake a day and that 1 of those
has the amount of calories most people get in a
whole day. Do you think I will gain weight? I want
to gain 10-15 lbs. How long will it take in
estimate??? Thanks baby!
Answer: I have found it easier to put on muscle weight
rather than just fat u know? I would do that but
also put int a light weight lifting training
sessiona few times a week. To gain 10-15 pounds
healthy would about 2- 3 months

If you have taken the steriod D-Bol please give me
some info about it and side effects..... my
husband wants to take it... he is 21 and 6'4 and
220 lbs........... he already has some muscle but
wants to get bigger..... but im scared that it

even kill him or diable him.... i know nothing
about d-bol so anyone who has tried it please let
me know!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much
Answer: I haven't used it. but I've read it can do harm to
your liver. Other side effects include
gynocomastia (bit*h tits), high blood pressure,
water retention and acne. I don't know about
sperm counts. As with steroids, small doses are
often harmless, but people get hooked on to them
that they use them in extremely large quantities.

Question #34: Can you find a Lysine fitness powder?
i am looking for a product that is or is similar
to a L-Lysine based citrus powder that mixes with
water. There was a product called M-Squared
around 1992 that was used as a powerful muscle
builder for athletes. The company changed the
name to something like 'competetors edge' or
something. Perhaps you know of such a product.??
Thanks for checking.

Question #37: MANSCAPING? Anyone know of any inexpensive hair removal methods?
A friend of mine like to keep his body nice and
tidy. He is a muscle builder and has a bit of a
shoulder and back problem with unneeded hair.
Other than electrolysis which is very expensive,
is there anything cheap that would do the trick?
He's tired of Nairing every other month.
Answer: waxing would do the trick & the effects of it
last longer than shaving or Nair, though quite a
bit painful till you get used to it...other than
that, laser removal which is cheaper than
electrolysis, but not cheap by any means

Question #39: wieder products such as weight gainer, muscle builder powder?
Answer: My personal experience is that Joe Wieder's
products don't taste good at all and cause me some
serious digestion problems. The quality of the
protein isn't all that good either. Here are some
websites for some companies whose protein is
better.First, definately study the many fine
articles published on the AST site: http://www.ast-ss.com/EAS protein tastes good
too: http://www.eas.com/Labrada products also
taste very good: http://www.labrada.comNot a
product vendor but some very good articles and
advice here: http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/Obviously it pays
to shop around to get the best price, when you
find the cheapest price, this place will beat that
price by 5% http://www.ezpricematch.com/

Question #40: Muscle Builder/enhancer question. -O---O-?
I am about to begin a personal workout plan
involving weight lifting (no personal trainer). I
used to lift weights more often a couple years ago
but never took any shakes or supplements, so I
would like to try that out this time around.
Lately my workouts have been more aerobic
(jogging, basketball, soccer ect.) which may have
helped me to become more lanky.---Can anyone make
any recommendations on any muscle enhancing
shakes, foods, or supplements. Why?--- I will do
my own research as well but I guess I would just
like to hear what has worked for people out there.
Thanks.
