Questions & Answers about Body Building Program
Question #1: Is this a good fitness and bodybuilding program?
I'm only 14 so I do not want to over do anything.
I do weights two times a week. On Sunday I do
press ups (3 sets of 20) and then do some dumbbell
curls (3 sets of 12) and then on Wednesday I do my
abs and my back. I also do jogging everyday. Is
this good? I'm only young and a beginner. Do you
think I will see any improvements in my muscle
strength and size? How can I improve my
program?Thanks
Answer: just to let u know its gonna stunt ur growth but
if your happy with ur height right now then jump
into your program sounds good to me.

Question #3: How shoul I go back to my bodybuilding program after 3 months with no weighlifting?
In other words, how much weight should I start
lifting? I was reading an article at
about.com/fitness saying that is not possible to
loose body fat and gain muscle mass at the same
time....read here so you can understand my
question.So I did that. http://bodybuilding.about.com/od/bodybuildingfaq
/f/losefatgainmass.htm
Answer: most bodybuilders bulk up and build muscle...and
then follow up with a cutting phase...you should
lift as much weight as you can. i mean if you
want to build muscle, you need your current muscle
tissue to tear and grow back. the article doesn't
say it's not possible to lose fat/gain muscle at
the same time. it's just not the most efficient
to do them at the same time. but if you build up
muscle, you'll gradually start burning more
calories and losing weight anyway since working
out increases metabolism and lean muscle mass
increases the calories burned...

Question #5: hi im having trouble trying to get a bodybuilding program what body parts on what days?
Answer: really depends on your build and your aims, but it
may be prefered to associate opposing muscles in
one day, pull and push excercises together, i.e.
triceps with back, chest with biceps and then
maybe shoulders with legs, this system will be
adequate if you are on a 3 days a week plan
