Question #3: is healthrider (the exercise machine) effective?
Answer: Yes they are. I bought one years ago and lost 50
pounds in 4 months and kept it off. I also became
quite toned. They work the major muscle groups and
get you in great shape.Of course they don't
provide aerobic excersize so you will need to work
in something aerobic to complete your workout. I
did bike rides. It's nice to get out and about in
the sun.
